Sanjay is a great realtor. He is highly informative and explains OREA documents in detail, letting his clients know exactly what they are signing. He works with us as a team as opposed to an independent realtor. He was able to help us make decisions unbiasedly. He is family-oriented and considers family dynamics and schedules throughout the process, which is great for those with small children. What I liked about Sanjay the most, and what stands out to me compared to other realtors, was that he never pushed us to do something we were not comfortable with.
